Built-In Rebar System for Easy Installation

Each concrete panel includes vertical holes on both ends, allowing you to drop the finished piece over short sections of rebar driven into the ground. This locks every panel into place, keeps your fence straight, and provides excellent stability in all weather conditions.

The mold includes two removable pipes, which you insert before pouring the concrete. After about four hours, once the concrete begins to firm up, you simply pull the pipes out, leaving clean, perfectly formed holes for your rebar stakes.

How to Use the Mold

  1. Apply Release Agent: Start by coating the inside of the mold with a release agent. My recommended option is motor oil, as it allows the finished concrete piece to release cleanly and protects the mold for long-term use.

  2. Insert the Two Pipes: Slide the included pipes into the designated slots. These will create the holes for the rebar.

  3. Fill the Mold: Pour your concrete mix into the mold, making sure it flows around the pipes and fills all details completely.

  4. Vibrate the Mold: Lightly shake and tap the mold to remove trapped air bubbles and ensure a smooth finish.

  5. Pull the Pipes: After the concrete begins to firm up (around the 4-hour mark), carefully pull the pipes straight out. This leaves clean, perfectly formed rebar holes.

  6. Let It Cure: Allow the concrete to remain in the mold for at least 24 hours. This ensures the panel is strong enough to demold without cracking.

  7. Demold the Panel: Gently flip or lift the mold to release the finished Regal Arch panel. See the pouring and demolding video here.
